Receive the first of your educational materials on exercise and nutrition as you embark on this new path.

Months 4 - 6
Level 2: Embedding Habits

Build healthy habits and establish a good routine around exercise and nutrition.

Further blood work if necessary. Meet your clinician for a quarterly check in consultation.Make adjustments as needed.

Continue to meet your health coach regularly. By this stage, your coach will have a much better understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement.

Dr. Ali Farahani - Co-Medical Director

PHD, MD, CCFPE

Dr. Farahani is the founder and owner of Preventum Health which focuses on precision medicine and metabolic health. He has extensive  experience working as an emergency room doctor and has completed a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Farahani has also worked as a Clinical Instructor in the Faculty of Family Medicine at UBC and has published research on genetics and immunology topics.

Dr. Tracy Cannon - Co-Medical Director

MD, FRCPC

Dr. Tracy Cannon is a General Internist who practices medicine at St. Paul’s Hospital. Her specialty focuses on diagnostics and complex disease management. She develops holistic evidence-based personalized treatment plans with her broad expertise in medicine. She also teaches medical students and residents as a Clinical Instructor with The University of British Columbia.
